Melissa Sutherland is the Office Manager for Virginia Walls State Farm. She has worked for State Farm for over 21 years with most of those years at Virginia Walls's office. She is licensed in Auto insurance, Home insurance, Health insurance and Life insurance for both the states of Arkansas and Missouri and she is also a Notary for the State of Arkansas. She believes that everyone deserves a Good Neighbor and she strives to give all of her current and future insureds phenomenal customer service with the stability and security of the State Farm brand. Melissa and her husband, Todd, call Marmaduke, Arkansas home. Melissa and Todd, as well as her two children are all alumni of Marmaduke High School. Her son, Conner, graduated from Arkansas State University of Jonesboro in 2022 and recently got married in the Summer of 2023. Her daughter, Tori, currently attends Crowley's Ridge College here in Paragould and is on the Ladies Basketball Team. In Melissa's free time she enjoys thrifting, watching British mysteries and crafting.

You also may recognize his voice from the local broadcast channel, Paragould Rams Sports Network, where he calls Paragould High Schools' Varsity boys and girls basketball games. In his free time Garrett enjoys spending time with his wife, Savannah, and forecasting the weather. Garrett has long term goals to open his own Agency or serve State Farm customers in a corporate setting. We are so happy to have Mr. Hall on our team.

Christina Maxwell (Tina - as we like to call her) is our claims guru! If you have had a claim (or have a claim in the future) you will more than likely have some sort of contact with Mrs. Tina. She has a rich experience in the claims process and is here to help provide our customers with the exceptional service that they deserve during the stressful twists and turns of filing a claim. Along with claims, she helps around the office with other tasks like taking payments, updating accounts, and general customer service inquiries or questions. Tina is also heavily involved with Paragould Rotary and attends New Haven Church here in Paragould! Christina and her husband, Jason, have three beautiful children and they are proud to call Paragould home. We are so happy to have Tina on our team and we know you will enjoy talking with her, too!
